Create an account
Email and password. No anonymous listings. Every babysitter and every parent is a person we can name.

Join as parent, babysitter, or both
City, children, rate, days. Babysitters complete a background check before they appear as verified.

Post to Mama's help
A parent posts a care request. Babysitters see it live and claim it. The booking is the record.

Keep it on the platform
No shipping, no handoff through us. Conversations stay here. Any member can send a thread to the host.
Plans control searches and posts
- Basic — free, 3 searches and 1 post, once.
- Plus — free, 50 searches and 10 posts a month.
- Premium — free, 75 searches and 20 posts a month.
Browsing the directory is always free. Only a location or closest-babysitter search counts against the allowance, and repeating a place you already searched this period does not charge again.
Paid plans are month to month, and one click pauses billing — you keep the plan and its monthly allowance, and nothing further is charged. An account is continuous: it does not lapse on a date, and ends only if the platform host suspends or removes it. Searches and posts reset on your renewal date, your plan month rather than the calendar month. The Basic grant is different: it is given once when you join and does not renew. Once it is spent the account stays fully readable, but searching and posting wait until you subscribe.
