How we background-check every babysitter

A babysitter is not listed as verified until a background check is on file. Parents book only from an account. We keep the record.

Every account is tied to an email and a named person. We can reach every user we have admitted.

Babysitters submit a check through the platform. Until the host marks it verified, they do not appear as available.

After every sit, the parent leaves a rating and a note. Reviews show on the babysitter’s listing and in the catalog.

Any member can send a conversation to the host. The host reads, replies, and closes the thread.
